Formerly with Pure Fishing for over 20 years, he spent the last 6 years as National Sales Manager in charge of over $40 million in business. Joe enjoys all aspects of the business and is an experienced hunter and angler. He has served his community for over 20 years as a firefighter and EMT. Andy Segner Sales Manager - CSI, Cabela’s Andy Segner comes to Rassat Outdoor Group with 30 years experience in the outdoor industry. His passion began at an early age as he grew up working at his family’s sporting goods store over the course of 11 years. From there he worked at CSI Sporting Goods for 7 years. He then moved on to work for Pure Fishing for 12 years; 8 years as Territory Manager and 4 years as Regional manager. Andy enjoys fishing and hunting of any kind. Bruce Wilson Gander Mountain, Mills Fleet Farm Before joining Rassat Outdoor Group, Bruce Wilson worked in sales for 11 years at Pure Fishing. Bruce enjoys hunting and fishing with family and friends. From there he went on to a sales position for 2 years with Pure Fishing. Cory enjoys fishing of all kinds but his favorites are Muskie and Walleye. Steve Kish IN, IL, OH, MI, KY, PA, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Buying Groups Steve Kish brings 11 years of sales expertise to Rassat Outdoor Group. As an employee of Pure Fishing he has earned top recognition awards. Steve’s dedication named him the Pitman Creek 2001 and 2003 Sales Rep of the Year. He also received the Pure Fishing 2000 and 2003 Sales Achievement awards along with being a member of the 2003 and 2004 Team of the Year. John Janousek Northern & Central MN John began his career at Northland Fishing Tackle while still in college starting with production work and advancing to work on the product development team, marketing team, and promotional team. In these rolls, John also spent time working with retailers on store sets, merchandising, and special event coordination. In 2001 John had the opportunity to become the National Promotional Manager for Crestliner Boats. His duties in this role included managing the Pro Staff, new product development, and sales training. Dan Dejaeghere Western & Central Canada, ND, Maurice, L&M Dan Dejaeghere joins Rassat Outdoor Group with 12 years of sales experience and 12 years in retail sporting goods. In addition, he has worked as a freelance outdoor writer and fishing guide. Dan was also a tournament angler with numerous top 10 finishes and was named Rookie of the Year on the PWT circuit in 1998. Dan’s well-rounded background is a true display of his love for the industry. His interests include walleye and musky fishing, as well as deer and archery hunting. Todd Frank Eastern Canada, New England States Todd brings Rassat Outdoor Group extensive knowledge and expertise of the fishing industry. He has spent the last 11 years as a full time Professional Tournament Walleye Angler and quickly became one of the top ranked professionals. Todd is a USCG licensed captain and guide devoting a lifetime to catching Trout, Salmon, Walleye, Bass, Pike and Pan Fish. He has 18 years of sales and marketing experience with 10 years in the outdoor motorsports industry. Todd's interest besides fishing includes big and small game hunting, bow hunting and NASCAR. Gerry Trainor Southern Minnesota, Twin Cities Gerry has spent 15 years in the outdoor sales industry representing lines covering hunting, fishing, camping and marine. He started with 5 years as a rep with James F Speikers and Associates selling GLoomis and Kershaw knives in the MINK States and Midwest. Then he moved to True Sales and Marketing where he enjoyed working 10 years with accounts of all levels and varieties throughout the Midwest. When Gerry is playing you will find him on a lake chasing a Musky, trolling for walleyes, cranking for bass, and in the fall he is generally setting a decoy spread for waterfowl. Sam McSharry Wisconsin Sam McSharry joins Rassat Outdoor Group with a double major in Marketing Communications and Business Administration. He has 5 years retail experience with Gander mountain and 1 year experience with John’s Bow Shop in Bemidji, Minnesota. His passion for the outdoors has led him to many adventures such as, working as a commercial fisherman for two summers, and winning a PMTT event in August of 2007. Bridget Wall Office Manager Coming from a managerial background and a degree in IT, Bridget supports all aspects of the business. From administrative support, accounting, and information systems she keeps all operations running smoothly. She is currently studying web development and played a huge role in the ROG website. Bridget comes from a family of avid hunters and anglers and enjoys turkey hunting in the spring.
